HDMC proposes to raise ₹100 crore through bonds; committee to be formed to study the proposal

The Hubballi Dharwad Municipal Corporation is contemplating on raising ₹ 100 crores through Green and Climate Bonds and a committee will be formed to study the pros and cons of the proposal.
