Now, airlines oppose relaxed duty norms for cabin crew

Federation of Indian Airlines (FIA), in a letter to DGCA, opposes expansion of definition of night duty from midnight–5 a.m. to midnight–6 a.m., scheduling of weekly off at crew members’ home base, and calls for single-room accommodation during layovers instead of shared rooms.
