CPI(M) demands refund of ₹2,758 crore FPA charges to power consumers in Andhra Pradesh

Welcoming the ERC’s directive to refund ₹923 crore for the year 2024–25, the party says this alone is not enough, as consumers have already been burdened with an unjustified collection through monthly surcharge of 40 paise per unit under FPAC
