Manohar Parrikar’s 2017 letter advised against making any change in the organisational structure of BrahMos Thiruvananthapuram unit

With reference to a reported move to delink BATL from BAPL, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh recently wrote to Shashi Tharoor, MP, that the ‘transfer’ is in line with the March 2007 order of Kerala govt. handing over KELTEC to DRDO.
